Mom, for MFA Boston's "Portraits of Leadership"

As a response to the Obama Portraits being shown at the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, the museum put out a call to artists to submit a drawing of a leader in their life, to be displayed alongside the portraits in an exhibit titled "Portraits of Leadership". When I saw this I immediately knew that I wanted to submit artwork, and that my mom was the perfect subject. She has always been an incredibly strong leader in so many ways, and she has proven time and time again what it means to lead and lead well. This digital illustration was chosen to be a part of the exhibition, and will be shown at the Museum of Fine Arts and online from September 3, 2022 - October 30, 2022
