Upstate Property Management & Upstate Powerwashing

Logo and business card designs for Upstate Property Management, a new property management company in upstate New York. For this logo, the client had a rough sketch of everything he wanted to include, but left it to me to combine the elements in a way that would be cohesive. He wanted to have a logo that resembled a stamp featuring mountains and the Great Sacandaga Lake, which the company is located near.

Upstate Powerwashing is a sister company to Upstate Property Management, providing power washing services for a variety of surfaces (houses, decks, patios, roofs, etc.). This badge/logo design for Upstate Powerwashing was to be kept similar to their sister company's in order to connect the two through branding, and the same is true for the business card designs.
